Why healing your past trauma matters?
The negative experience that happened to you isn’t the trauma, the way your brain has responded to the event is creating the trauma. The brain becomes stuck when highly intense emotions are connected to an event, it doesn’t know how to process the memory. It keeps the memory alive as well as all the associated emotions. To heal means to enable the mind and body to process the event in a natural way through EMDR.
In classical therapy, clients are expected to re-live the negative experience which is simply not necessary to heal with EMDR. Across the globe, EMDR is quickly growing in reputation and recognition for its unique ability to aid the natural healing process. Once the trauma is released, clients can recall the memory without the negative emotions and self-beliefs; transformed into a valuable learning experience.

Coaching enables you to work with an expert to design a life you really want. Coaching is a two-way relationship, you are proactively working within and outside of sessions to install the new behaviours, thoughts and feelings that create sustainable change in your life. Your commitment to heal and create positive changes will pay off very quickly.
Firstly, I will assess and learn the ways your life is affected. I will support you to clarify the outcome(s) you desire as well as the thoughts, feelings and behaviours you want/need as a constant in your life. After this, I will create a personalised roadmap suggesting the number of sessions and the essential tools to support your journey. EMDR and Hypnotherapy will be the primary tools for healing from trauma.
By the end of your journey with me, you will have a range of personalised tools you can use whenever you want or need a boost.
As a coach my goal is to support you to find the best ways to heal yourself. After our sessions end you will have the confidence and capability to continue your personal growth journey, which I highly recommend.

Roksana brings a decade of coaching expertise to design every minute of the programme. Even the parts that feel super fun have methodology and rationale! She has a diploma in Coaching, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. In 2022, she became a certified EMDR coach.
