Does it feel like your situation is becoming heavier, even though it's all you think about?
When anxiety, stress or heavy emotions are running the show, it is easy to feel caught in a loop you cannot quite break. You cope, you carry on, and you hold a great deal together, often for everyone but yourself. Yet you can feel what it is costing you: the patience you run short on, the sleep that will not come, the moments you hold back because you do not feel able.
You have not been weak to wait. Life is full, and you have managed beautifully. But you deserve to set some of this down, and you do not have to do it alone.
There is a way to calm the noise, rebuild your confidence, and step back into your own life.
Sessions to suit your life
You can work with me in person in St Albans, a short journey from Radlett, in a calm and private setting, or online via Zoom from anywhere in the UK. Many women mix the two around family and work. Whichever you choose, the work is the same: unhurried, deeply held, and built around you.
Most of my work can be done just as well online. Clinical hypnotherapy, coaching, NLP and EFT all translate beautifully to Zoom. EMDR is the exception. It needs the two of us in the same room, so if that is likely to be part of what would help you, being within reach of St Albans matters. Radlett is one stop from St Albans City on the Thameslink line, about five minutes on the train.
What clinical hypnotherapy actually is
It is nothing like the version you have seen on a stage. You are not asleep, you are not unconscious, and you are not under anyone's control. You stay aware of the room and of yourself the whole time, and you can stop whenever you choose.
What hypnotherapy does is settle the busy, analysing part of your mind long enough for us to work with the part underneath it. That is the part holding the old beliefs, the automatic reactions and the patterns you already understand but cannot seem to interrupt. Insight alone rarely shifts them. Working at that deeper level is what allows the change to hold.
In practice, a session feels like a deeply relaxed conversation. You will usually leave with a personalised audio recording to listen to between sessions, because the reinforcement between our meetings is where a great deal of the change is made.
I use clinical hypnotherapy alongside coaching, EMDR, NLP and EFT for anxiety, stress and panic, low confidence and self-worth, unresolved trauma and the inner child, difficult family and parent relationships, and the patterns that keep repeating no matter how clearly you see them.
I do not offer single-session hypnotherapy for smoking, weight loss or phobias. My work is longer and goes to the root of what is driving the pattern, rather than treating the symptom on its own. If a one-off session is what you are looking for, another practitioner will serve you better, and I am happy to say so.
Whatever you are carrying, there is a way through
I support women through a wide range of challenges, always in a safe, judgement-free space. Explore the area that speaks to you.
Not sure where you sit? That is exactly what the free consultation is for.
You already understand it. That's the confusing part.
You have probably read the books. Listened to the podcasts. You can name your pattern, trace where it began, and explain it to a friend with real clarity. On paper, you understand yourself better than you ever have.
And yet it keeps happening. The same reactions, the same heavy feelings, the same loop, however well you can describe it. That is the part that is hard to say out loud: knowing why has not been enough to change it.
It is confusing, because you are the capable one. The one who figures the hard stuff out. The one your friends and family come to for advice. So to sit with something you cannot think your way out of can feel strange, and even a little exposing.
And it does not switch off. These thoughts run in the background through the day, and they are loudest when everything else goes still. Late in the evening. In the small hours, when you wake and cannot drift back, turning it over one more time.
Knowing why has never been the same as being free of it.
There is nothing wrong with your understanding. The pattern simply does not live where understanding reaches. It sits deeper, in the part of the mind that learned it long ago, and that is the part this work is designed to reach.
Change you can feel, not just talk about
I am a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist and a trauma-informed transformation coach. Rather than talking in circles, I blend coaching with powerful subconscious tools so shifts are felt at a deeper level and last: clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR, EFT (tapping) and guided meditation, woven together around what you need.
Each session is 90 minutes, with real time for conversation to breathe and breakthroughs to land. After each one you receive a personalised audio to reinforce the work, so your mind keeps gently re-wiring between our meetings. And you have me between sessions by voice note, text or email, so you are never left holding it alone.

From women just like you
I sought Roksana out as I was struggling with confidence, although Roksana quickly made me realise I was actually struggling with stress and anxiety. Roksana provided me with tools to reduce my stress and anxiety which I now use on a daily basis.
Kate CThe combination of hypnotherapy, tapping and journaling really worked for me. I can't recommend her enough.
ShameemaOur deep regression work and coaching techniques set me free of the traumas I was carrying and provided structure to form the life I really wanted. She is brilliantly accurate and provides the safest space to let go of all the baggage of the past.

Transformation Coach since 2018
Hi, I'm Roksana
I am a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist, an Advanced EMDR Coach and a Fellow of the ACCPH, and I have worked with women since 2018. I run sessions face to face in St Albans, a short journey from Radlett, and online via Zoom across the UK.
What brought most of the women I work with to me was not a single crisis. It was the slow accumulation: the anxiety that would not settle, the confidence that had thinned out, the pattern they could name perfectly well and still could not stop repeating.
Like many of them, my own path has not been a straight line. I am a mum, I have straddled two cultures my whole life, and I know first-hand what it means to carry self-doubt, anxiety and wounds from the past that no one else sees. That is why this work is not just professional for me, it is deeply personal.
My promise to you is simple: a space where you feel held rather than fixed, met rather than judged, and gently resourced to come home to yourself.

Do you offer hypnotherapy in Radlett itself?
My practice is in St Albans, one stop from Radlett on the Thameslink line, and I also work online via Zoom. Many women who come to me from Radlett do a mix of both, depending on what their week looks like.
Where exactly are your in-person sessions held?
In-person sessions are held in the Highfields area of St Albans, in a calm and private setting. There is parking available, and St Albans City station is a short taxi ride away, so it is straightforward whether you drive or take the train.
How long does it take to get to you from Radlett?
Radlett is the stop immediately south of St Albans City, so the train takes about five minutes. My practice is a further five to eight minutes from the station. If you would rather drive, it is roughly twenty minutes door to door, and there is parking available when you arrive.
Is hypnotherapy safe, and will I be aware of what is happening?
Yes, and yes. You stay awake and aware throughout, you remain in control, and you can stop at any point. You cannot be made to say or do anything you would not choose. If anything about the process concerns you, bring it to the free consultation and I will answer it properly before you commit to anything.
Which areas around Radlett do you cover?
As well as Radlett itself, I work with women from Shenley, Aldenham, Elstree, Borehamwood, Bushey and Napsbury, and across Hertfordshire, plus online with women throughout the UK.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Yes. I know how full life is, so alongside daytime sessions I offer evening appointments during the week and Saturday morning appointments, so we can find a time that fits around work and family rather than adding to the pressure.
Are you a qualified and accredited hypnotherapist?
Yes. I hold a Masters in Clinical Hypnotherapy and I am a Fellow of the ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists), the body's most senior membership grade. That means my qualifications and professional insurance are independently verified and I work to a published code of ethics. You can view my ACCPH listing here.
Is it your time now?
Whatever you have been carrying, it does not have to stay this way. A free, unhurried conversation is a gentle place to begin, with no pressure and nothing to decide on the spot. Let's talk.
Stay curious. Stay open. Stay intentional.
