If this feels familiar

Does it feel like your situation is becoming heavier, even though it's all you think about?

When stress, self-doubt or heavy emotions are running the show, it is easy to feel caught in a loop you cannot quite break. You cope, you carry on, and you hold a great deal together, often for everyone but yourself. Yet you can feel what it is costing you: the patience you run short on, the joy that feels harder to reach, the moments you hold back because you do not feel able.

You have not been weak to wait. Life is full, and you have managed beautifully. But you deserve to set some of this down, and you do not have to do it alone.

There is a way to calm the noise, rebuild your confidence, and step back into your own life.

Near Harpenden, or wherever you are

Sessions to suit your life

You can work with me in person in St Albans, a short journey from Harpenden, in a calm and private setting, or online via Zoom from anywhere in the UK. Many women mix the two around family and work. Whichever you choose, the work is the same: unhurried, deeply held, and built around you.

Most of my work can be done just as well online. Coaching, clinical hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT all translate beautifully to Zoom. EMDR is the exception. It needs the two of us in the same room, so if that is likely to be part of what would help you, being within reach of St Albans matters. Harpenden is one stop from St Albans City on the Thameslink line, about five minutes on the train.

Beyond Harpenden

Coaching for women across Hertfordshire

Harpenden sits in the middle of the county, which is part of why so many of the women I work with travel only a short distance to reach me. My practice is in St Albans, so if you are anywhere in the belt between Luton and Watford you are within a straightforward journey, and there is parking when you arrive.

As well as Harpenden itself, I work with women from Wheathampstead, Redbourn, Kimpton, Batford, Kinsbourne Green, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield and Hemel Hempstead.

If the journey does not suit, or your week simply will not allow it, we work over Zoom instead. That is not a lesser version of the work. Most of what I do translates completely, and a good number of my Hertfordshire clients have never sat in the room at all.

What matters far more than the distance is whether the two of us are the right fit. That is what the free consultation is for.

What I can help you with

Whatever you are carrying, there is a way through

I support women through a wide range of challenges, always in a safe, judgement-free space. Explore the area that speaks to you.

Not sure where you sit? That is exactly what the free consultation is for.

Insight

You already understand it. That's the confusing part.

You have probably read the books. Listened to the podcasts. You can name your pattern, trace where it began, and explain it to a friend with real clarity. On paper, you understand yourself better than you ever have.

And yet it keeps happening. The same reactions, the same heavy feelings, the same loop, however well you can describe it. That is the part that is hard to say out loud: knowing why has not been enough to change it.

It is confusing, because you are the capable one. The one who figures the hard stuff out. The one your friends and family come to for advice. So to sit with something you cannot think your way out of can feel strange, and even a little exposing.

And it does not switch off. These thoughts run in the background through the day, and they are loudest when everything else goes still. Late in the evening. In the small hours, when you wake and cannot drift back, turning it over one more time.

Knowing why has never been the same as being free of it.

There is nothing wrong with your understanding. The pattern simply does not live where understanding reaches. It sits deeper, in the part of the mind that learned it long ago, and that is the part this work is designed to reach.

How I work

Change you can feel, not just talk about

I am a trauma-informed transformation coach and clinical hypnotherapist. Rather than talking in circles, I blend coaching with powerful subconscious tools so shifts are felt at a deeper level and last: clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR, EFT (tapping) and guided meditation, woven together around what you need.

Each session is 90 minutes, with real time for conversation to breathe and breakthroughs to land. After each one you receive a personalised audio to reinforce the work, so your mind keeps gently re-wiring between our meetings. And you have me between sessions by voice note, text or email, so you are never left holding it alone.

Where to begin

Kind words

From women just like you

I had been to life coaches before and during those sessions I've always had the impression that I was inherently broken and needed fixing. At a particularly low point when I was stuck in a rut, I reached out to Roksana and found her approach to be revolutionary!

Shenara

There's a very good reason why Roksana is called a transformation coach because she really did transform my life.

Maliha F

What I appreciated most was her ability to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and help me see situations from new perspectives. She created a space where I felt both challenged and encouraged, which helped me build encouragement and clarity.

Who you'll be working with

Hi, I'm Roksana

I am a life coach for women in Harpenden and across Hertfordshire, and I have been coaching women since 2018. I run sessions face to face in St Albans, one stop from Harpenden, and online via Zoom across the UK.

The women I work with are rarely in crisis when they find me. More often it is the slow accumulation: the stress that will not lift, the confidence that has thinned out, the pattern they can name perfectly well and still cannot stop repeating.

I do not work with one method, because women are not one thing. A session might draw on coaching, clinical hypnotherapy, EMDR, NLP or EFT, chosen for what you actually need that day rather than what a syllabus dictates. That blend is why the work tends to move faster than talking alone.

Like many of the women I work with, my own path has not been a straight line. I am a mum, I have straddled two cultures my whole life, and I know first-hand what it means to carry self-doubt, anxiety and wounds from the past that no one else sees. That is why this work is not just professional for me, it is deeply personal.

My promise to you is simple: a space where you feel held rather than fixed, met rather than judged, and gently resourced to come home to yourself.

Questions women in Harpenden ask

Good to know

Do you offer in-person coaching in Harpenden, or is it online only?

Both. My practice is in St Albans, one stop from Harpenden, and I also work online via Zoom. Many women who come to me from Harpenden mix the two depending on what their week looks like.

Where exactly are your in-person sessions held?

In-person sessions are held in the Highfields area of St Albans, in a calm and private setting. There is parking available, and St Albans City station is a short taxi ride away.

How long does it take to get to you from Harpenden?

Harpenden is the stop immediately north of St Albans City, so the train takes about five minutes. My practice is a further five to eight minutes from the station. If you would rather drive, it is roughly twenty minutes door to door, and there is parking available when you arrive.

Which areas around Harpenden do you cover?

As well as Harpenden itself, I work with women from Wheathampstead, Redbourn, Kimpton, Batford, Kinsbourne Green, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield and Hemel Hempstead, and across Hertfordshire, plus online with women throughout the UK.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

Yes. I know how full life is, so alongside daytime sessions I offer evening appointments during the week and Saturday morning appointments, so we can find a time that fits around work and family rather than adding to the pressure.

I feel stuck but cannot explain why. Can coaching really help?

Yes. Feeling stuck without a clear reason is one of the most common things women bring to me. It is usually not about willpower, and it is not a discipline problem. It is patterns and beliefs running underneath, out of easy reach. Together we uncover what is holding you in place and build practical tools to move forward, at a pace that feels safe for you.

Are you a qualified and accredited life coach?

Yes. I am a Fellow of the ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists), the body's most senior membership grade, which means my qualifications and professional insurance are independently verified and I work to a published code of ethics. You can view my ACCPH listing here.

Is it your time now?

Whatever you have been carrying, it does not have to stay this way. A free, unhurried conversation is a gentle place to begin, with no pressure and nothing to decide on the spot. Let's talk.

Stay curious. Stay open. Stay intentional.
