These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Notice, available on our website roksanahussein.com.
Please read these Terms of Business carefully and retain them so you can refer to them during the course of our contract if the need arises.
Please complete and return the final page of the Terms and Conditions of Business to us as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary delay as we cannot begin work until we have received this.
All of the treatments offered by Roksana Hussein Limited require the commitment and motivation from both you, the client, and the therapist to achieve the best results. A cure cannot be guaranteed and results can vary depending on each individual and by signing these Terms and Conditions of Business you agree to engage with the process and complete any additional work that you are given to complete outside of the therapy sessions as this will yield the best results.
Our Commitment
At our initial consultation we will provide you with an estimate as to the number of sessions that you will require to achieve your goals and this will be kept under regular review. As all clients are unique and results vary depending on the individual, our estimate is subject to change.
Roksana Hussein Limited will treat you with respect and will never abuse the trust that you place in them.
Consultation & Sessions
Each consultation and/or session will last approximately 60-90 minutes.
In order to ensure that you achieve the most from your sessions you agree:
– to attend all appointments;
– to arrive to all of your appointments on time;
– not to be under the influence of alcohol at your appointments;
– not to be under the influence of any drugs at your appointments, save for those prescribed by your GP; and
– not to harm yourself, any member of Roksana Hussein Limited or the property of Roksana Hussein Limited.
If you fail to comply with the above standards, then the consultation and/or session will be terminated and the full fee will be payable to Roksana Hussein Limited.
Fees & Payment
Payment for each consultation and/or session is payable in advance.

Late Arrival
If you are running late for your consultation/session, then please advise Roksana Hussein Limited as soon as possible on 07760 340 115.
Roksana Hussein Limited will make every effort to accommodate you however, subsequent appointments with other clients may mean that this is not possible and thus your appointment may still finish at the scheduled time and the full fee will remain payable.
Cancellation
Roksana Hussein Limited require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, by telephone on 07760 340 115 or email on [email protected] to cancel an appointment.
If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, then the full fee will be payable.
In the event that Roksana Hussein Limited has to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice then you will be entitled to a full refund of the fee paid (if paid prior to arriving to the appointment) or you will be entitled to reschedule the appointment, subject to Roksana Hussein Limited’s availability, whatever your preference.
Confidentiality
Any details that Roksana Hussein Limited collect from you is held in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with any external parties without your permission save for the following exceptions:
– self-harm – in instances of self-harm, it may be necessary for Roksana Hussein Limited to contact your GP if it appears as though you are suicidal or intend to carry out any serious self-harm;
– abuse or Injury to a Minor: Roksana Hussein Limited, and your therapist, is legally required to report any abuse towards a minor to the appropriate authorities should you divulge any such information to us.
Data Protection
All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with Data Protection legislation. Roksana Hussein Limited are the Data Controller. We use the information that you provide, primarily for the provision of services to you, in accordance with our contract, and for related purposes including updating and enhancing client records, analysis to help us manage our company, regular statutory returns and legal and regulatory compliance. Our use of that information is subject to your instructions, the data protection legislation and our duty of confidentiality. Please note that our work for you may require us to give information to third parties such as other professional advisors. You have a right of access under data protection legislation to the personal data that we hold about you. Any requests should be made to Roksana Hussein. A copy of our Privacy Notice can be found on our website www.roksanahussein.com.

Notice of your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your contract with Roksana Hussein Limited within 14 days of returning the signed Terms of Business and without giving any reason (The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013), unless you sign and return the Express Request Form asking us to begin immediately.
In order to cancel your contract with us, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (such as letter or email). You can use the attached Model Cancellation Form but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the 14-day cancellation period has expired, that is within 14days of receipt of this Notice.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments that have been made by you to Roksana Hussein Limited in relation to this contract.
Any reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested us to begin work immediately, by completing the Express Request Form, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison to the full coverage of this contract.
When you might lose the right to cancel the contract
Work shall only commence after the 14-day cancellation period. However, you may have made an ‘express request’ (either by signing and returning the Express Request Form or by way of any other durable medium) that you wish us to start work before the expiration of the 14-day cancellation period. If we complete the work within the 14-day cancellation period, you will lose the right to cancel and you will be liable to pay our costs as per the contract.
If, you expressly request (either by signing and returning the Express Request Form or by way of any other durable medium) that we start work within the 14-day cancellation period and we have yet to complete the work, you will still have the right to cancel the contract within the 14-day cancellation period. If you choose to exercise this right, the contract will come to an end but you will be liable to pay our reasonable costs for the work done up to the point of cancellation. These costs will be calculated as a proportion of our total costs as per the contract.
To enable you to exercise your right to cancel with minimal fuss, you can use the Model Cancellation Form below and return this to us, however you do not have to use this form and the alternative is to give us a ‘clear statement’ that you wish to cancel the contract. We recommend you do this by way of a letter or email.

As explained above, no work will be carried out on your matter until the initial 14-day cancellation period has expired. If you would like me to commence work on your behalf before that period ends then please sign and return the Express Request Form below, or make the request in writing.
Express Request Form
I wish to expressly request that Roksana Hussein Limited of registered office 9 Starlight Way, St Albans, AL4 0JH, start the work agreed immediately and, in any event, before the 14-day cancellation period expires.
I accept that I have read the information under the heading “Notice of your right to cancel” and acknowledge that if the contract is fully performed within the 14-day cancellation period I will lose my right to cancel the contract and will be liable to pay the full contract price as agreed.
