Hi, I'm Roksana!
I lost countless hours and days replaying conversations with my parent, as though my mind was wilfully punishing me. Other times, my mind and body felt off kilter, I couldn’t access my energy. I found myself living in a twilight zone, never fully in the present moment.
Two things helped me collapse time and become more fully present. First, I stopped wishing my parent would change – a game changer but challenging to convince my mind and heart to collaborate. Second, I realised my thoughts, feelings and behaviours were habitual. I learned to recognise the patterns and interrupt them – working with both my conscious habits and the subconscious one’s underneath.

Introducing... The Sanctuary Within™ - Initiation
A 4 week, self-compassionate programme for daughters who want to stop reacting to their parent and start responding from calm.
In this programme, you will experience coaching strategies (e.g. Cognitive Thinking Cycle) blended with therapeutic tools (e.g Shield of Protection Hypnosis) to help you navigate emotional reactions, overthinking and the exhaustion from parent interactions.
We will meet once a week online. Also, I’ll send you voice notes once a week, so you get steady support in between sessions. Plus, you’ll have access to audios for grounding, journalling prompts and a shield of protection hypnosis recording so you can enhance your progress.
