The subconscious mind will continue to re-wire every time you listen. This is one of the ways to sustain the changes long-term. Usually, this is a guided audio or mp3 file sent directly to your device or email.

You’ll never be alone throughout the duration of your ten-session programme. I’ll be coaching and guiding you between our sessions at a pace that fits in with your life. The work you do outside sessions will sustain the progress you make in sessions. You’ll have access to me through voice note, text message, email, or another preferred communication method. Share your real-time reflections and insights. Never feel stuck or alone again.
