You're steady now.
Together we reach the heartwood.
Heartwood is the second phase of our work: five focused sessions where we move from steadying you into repairing the wound underneath. It's for women who have completed Groundwork, or worked with me before, and feel ready to go to the root.

90 minutes each · online or in St Albans
- We find the root beneath the pattern
- Old wounds released and reprocessed, safely
- New responses laid down where the old ones lived
- Your Groundwork tools, deepened and kept close
The natural next step after Groundwork.
You've felt the ground steady
Groundwork did what it was meant to. You're calmer, more resourced, more at home in yourself. You have tools that work, and you have felt, perhaps for the first time in a long while, what it is to stand on steady ground.
And somewhere in that steadiness, you've sensed it. The pattern that still returns. The ache with an older root. The same feeling wearing different clothes. Steadier ground hasn't made it vanish, but it has made you strong enough to turn and face it.
You're not going back to the wound unready. You're going with everything Groundwork gave you.
Now, we tend the heartwood
Heartwood is the dense core at the centre of a tree, its oldest and strongest wood, formed only once the tree is well established. It's the part that holds everything else up. This phase does the same work in you: we move past steadying and resourcing, into repairing the wound at the centre of the pattern. This is where coaching becomes wound repair.
Every journey is different, because every root is. This is not a fixed sequence on a timetable. We may stay with one root across two or three sessions, changing the angle or the modality until it truly releases. Your pace leads. But the work tends to move through five movements.
1 · Find the root
We locate the origin beneath the presenting issue. The pattern you feel today almost always began somewhere earlier, and we go gently to find where.
2 · Meet what's there
We meet the younger self, or the part of you still carrying the weight. Not to relive it, but to be with it with the compassion it never had.
3 · Release and reprocess
Using EMDR, hypnotherapy and regression, we discharge the old charge, so the memory loosens its grip and stops running things from underneath.
4 · Re-pattern
Where the old response lived, we lay down a new one. This is the rewiring: the moment the mind learns a different way to be.
5 · Integrate and embody
We carry it back into daily life, so the change isn't only felt in the room but lived in the everyday: in how you respond, relate, and hold yourself.
You finish free of the pattern, the wound repaired, evolved and more fully yourself.
You'll only meet what you're ready to meet
Going deeper can sound daunting, so let me tell you something true about how the mind works. Your subconscious is protective by design. It only surfaces a wound when it has evidence you're resourced enough to work with it. It doesn't open doors you can't yet walk through.
This is exactly why we did Groundwork first. You arrive at this phase already steadier, already resourced, already holding tools that work. You're supported the whole way, in the room and between sessions. And your Groundwork practices stay close throughout: your steady ground to return to whenever the work asks something of you.
Nothing here is rushed. Nothing is forced. We go only as deep as is safe, at the pace your own system sets.
The mind won't reveal a wound it can't see you're ready to heal.
Held, as you go deeper
Five 90-minute sessions
Unhurried, weekly sessions with the depth this work needs, with room to stay with one root for as long as it takes. In person in St Albans, or online via Zoom across the UK.
The deeper modalities
This phase draws on the full depth of the training: EMDR, clinical hypnotherapy, regression and inner-child work, alongside coaching. It's how a wound is repaired at the level it was formed.
Your tools, deepened
After each session you receive a tailored audio to reinforce the work, and we keep your Groundwork practices close, so your steady ground is always within reach.
Support between sessions
You have me between sessions by voice note, text or email. When deeper work stirs something, you're never left holding it alone.
An honest word before we go deeper
Heartwood asks a little more of you than Groundwork did, and it gives more back. I'd rather you arrived ready than early.
Heartwood is for you if…
- You've completed Groundwork, or worked with me before, and you trust how we work together
- You feel steadier, and you're ready to face the root rather than manage the surface
- A pattern, wound or relationship keeps returning, and you want it repaired at its source
- You want to finish free of it, not just better able to carry it
It may not be the moment if…
- You're in acute crisis and need urgent or clinical support first (I'll always say so honestly, and help you find the right hands)
- We haven't yet done Groundwork or worked together, so we haven't built the ground this work stands on
- You'd like to steady and resource first, in which case Groundwork is the truer starting point
For returning clients, or if it's been a while, we begin with a short readiness check, so we both know the ground is ready.

A guide who has walked it too
By now you know how I work, and you know you're safe with me. That safety matters more in this phase than any single technique I hold, and it's the reason we can go as deep as we do.
I'm a mum, I've straddled two cultures my whole life, and my own parents are elderly with complex needs two hours north. My life is real, not the polished, picture-perfect kind. I understand the weight of complex families and full, demanding lives, because I live one too.
My promise to you is simple: a space where you feel held rather than fixed, met rather than judged, and gently resourced to come home to yourself.
See how Heartwood beginsIn their own words
Roksana transformed my life! I approached Roksana in a state of constant anxiety and deep grief. I had tried other forms of coaching and therapy which all provided temporary relief before I was back in a bad state again. I couldn't understand why I seemed to have low resilience to life's twists and turns as a strong spiritualist and successful woman. I wanted to get to the root of the problem and become free of suffering. Working with Roksana completely transformed my life! Our deep regression work and coaching techniques set me free of the traumas I was carrying and provided structure to form the life I really wanted. She is brilliantly accurate and provides the safest space to let go of all the baggage of the past. Roksana's intuition played into my spiritual leaning too which allowed me to explore my soul's greater purpose beyond my mental constructs. Since our work together, people respond very differently to me. I'm attracting very positive circles, and am often asked 'what's changed, you seem so confident!', 'you're glowing', 'who is your coach?'. Investing in Roksana was the best decision I ever made for myself.
Ren JhalliNo amount of work I'd done for myself in the past ever resulted in such a significant change. She has a very good way of understanding your needs.
DhipaThere's a very good reason why Roksana is called a transformation coach, because she really did transform my life.

Ready to begin?
Because Heartwood is for women who've already worked with me, this next step is arranged personally rather than booked from a public page. When you feel ready, send me a message and I'll share your private booking link, which holds your place and settles the investment in one gentle step.
Message me for your private linkNew here? Heartwood is the second phase of the journey. We always begin with Groundwork, where we steady and resource you first.
Set against a pattern you may have carried for decades, £950 to repair it at the root is a gentle price for your freedom.
If you'd rather take the whole journey in one, the full ten-session programme (Groundwork and Heartwood together) is available, and works out a little gentler on the budget than the two phases taken separately. We can talk it through whenever it feels right.
Before we go deeper
What actually happens in a Heartwood session?
It depends on your issue, because every root is different. Broadly, we move from steadying and resourcing into wound repair: finding the root beneath the pattern, meeting the part of you still carrying it, releasing the old charge with EMDR, hypnotherapy and regression, then laying down a new response and carrying it back into daily life. We may stay with one root across two or three sessions, changing the angle or the modality until it truly releases.
Is it safe to go this deep?
Yes, and here is why. Your subconscious is protective by design. It only surfaces a wound when it has evidence you're resourced enough to work with it, so it won't open a door you can't yet walk through. You arrive already steadier from Groundwork, you keep those tools close the whole way, and you're supported in the room and between sessions. We go only as deep as is safe, at the pace your system sets, never rushing and never forcing.
Do I need to have done Groundwork first?
In almost every case, yes, or we'll have worked together before. Groundwork is what makes this phase safe: it steadies and resources you so your mind has the foundation to do deeper work. It's why Heartwood is offered only to clients who've built that ground. If it's been a while, we begin with a short readiness check.
How is Heartwood different from Groundwork?
Groundwork is the same resourcing arc for everyone: we steady you, honour your story, and give you tools to hold yourself. Heartwood is where the work becomes yours alone. We go into your specific issue and repair it at the root. Groundwork builds the ground. Heartwood tends what's beneath it.
How do I book?
Heartwood is arranged personally rather than booked from a public page. When you're ready, send me a message and I'll share your private link, which holds your place and settles the investment in one step. If we've already spoken about it, you may already have your link, in which case you can begin whenever you feel ready.
Can I do the whole journey at once?
You can. The full ten-session programme takes Groundwork and Heartwood together as one continuous piece of work and it's priced a little gentler than the two phases bought separately. If you already know you want the whole journey, we can begin there. There's never any pressure either way.
The root is within reach
You've done the steadying. You have the tools, and you have the ground beneath you. When you feel ready to reach the heartwood, I'm here. There's never any rush, and never any pressure to go further than feels right.
